Kenny Jackett's Portsmouth side are back in League One action this weekend as they take on Fleetwood Town at Highbury Stadium.

Pompey will be buoyed by their midweek success in the Leasing.com trophy, where they secured a last-gasp 3-2 win over Exeter City at Fratton Park to take them to their second Wembley final in two seasons.

Although spirits in the camp will be positive after such a thrilling end to their last game, Kenny Jackett will know that coming up against Fleetwood will not be an easy test, in what will be Pompey's second trip there this season.

The last meeting between the sides ended 2-1 to Portsmouth in the FA Cup 3rd round.

Pompey currently sit in 6th place in the league table, and will be keen to extend their winning run to three games in all competitions.

Speaking in his pre-match press conference on Thursday afternoon, Kenny Jackett discussed the fitness of Andy Cannon and Ellis Harrison.

The former has missed Portsmouth's last four games, after sustaining a glute injury in the win against Sunderland at the start of the month.

Harrison, meanwhile, had to come off against Exeter with a dead leg, and the Pompey boss will assess the pair to establish if they can feature. So far, things are looking positive.

“I think that, as things stand, both will be okay for the weekend and there are no other worries," the Portsmouth manager said.

“We should otherwise be selecting from the same group that we had for the Exeter match earlier in the week."

Bryn Morris is the only long-term absentee for Pompey.
