Huddersfield Town head to Cardiff City this evening, looking to build on Saturday's impressive win over high-flying Middlesbrough.

Carel Eiting, Fraizer Campbell and Josh Koroma struck in that 3-2 success against Boro, but there's little time for Carlos Corberan and his players to sit and admire a timely three points.

A trip to Cardiff awaits, with a single point separating the mid-table rivals heading into the midweek round of fixtures.

20 quiz questions about Huddersfield Town’s current squad that Terriers fans should be getting correct

Corberan has a handful of injury issues to juggle alongside an intense fixture list, which we run you through here.

We start with the club's first-choice goalkeeper...

Ben Hamer

Hamer hasn't featured in the last three fixtures due to his period of isolating.

The goalkeeper was available on Saturday, but only just, meaning Ryan Schofield featured against Boro.

However, Hamer seems to be back in full contention now.

Christopher Schindler

There's also a chance that Schindler could return after adhering to the concussion protocols.

That's timely for Corberan, whose options at centre-back are limited.

Richard Stearman

Stearman pulled up on 30 minutes against Middlesbrough with a hamstring injury.

He's having a scan on his injury and Huddersfield are awaiting a proper diagnosis on the setback.

However, Corberan is expecting Stearman to be out for a couple of weeks.

Pipa

Pipa has been absent since the draw with Luton Town, but is nearing a return.

The intense nature of the fixture list means he's out this week against Cardiff, but his return to training is timely and his comeback is just around the corner.

Alex Pritchard

Like Pipa, Pritchard has missed a period of fixtures, but he's back in training after an ankle injury.

There's to be no return against Cardiff, but heading into the remainder of December, you might expect to see the midfielder in contention.
