The lively winger is unlikely to feature again this season as he undergoes rehabilitation for the injury and is likely to be back for pre-season training.

Matthew Connolly continues to struggle with injuries having not featured for the Bluebirds since August 2018.

Central midfielder Joe Ralls is set for a return to the Cardiff starting XI having been out with a hip injury since the middle of last month.

The 26-year-old has struggled with injuries so far this campaign with a broken hand halting his season in December.
