Birmingham City are seeking a third consecutive home win when they face Luton Town at St. Andrew's this afternoon.

Despite picking up a decent points return in the early part of the campaign, Blues weren't really convincing in terms of their performances.

However, they have started to play the way Pep Clotet would have wanted in the past few weeks, so they will head into today's game feeling confident of picking up another three points.

And, the boss will be encouraged by the fact he doesn't have any fresh injury worries even though this will be Blues' third game in a week.

Importantly, they can also welcome back Ivan Sunjic back into the midfield after the influential Croatian missed the win over Blackburn on Tuesday through suspension.

Given his quality, the 23-year-old is sure to replace David Davis in the middle of the park to partner teenager Jude Bellingham.

As mentioned, there is nothing else for the Spaniard to worry about elsewhere, with Clotet confirming to the club's media in the build up to this one that he had no fresh concerns.

That would indicate that Blues will remain without the quick Jefferson Montero who had hoped to feature in recent games but he hasn't made the squad in the past two fixtures.

He has not played since going off with a thigh injury against Stoke City towards the end of August.

Josh McEachran was involved against Rovers, making his debut as a second-half substitute and he will hope to get some more action for his new side, although a full debut seems extremely unlikely.
