Aitor Karanka’s Middlesbrough future in doubt after bust up

The future of Middlesbrough head coach Aitor Karanka was cast into doubt on Friday night after he reportedly walked out on a team meeting, according to HITC.
While Boro are second in the table, there has been some concern among fans due to the fact that the Teessiders were seven points clear at the top at the beginning of the year.
They recorded just four wins in 2016 and Karanka has regularly criticised his players for their attitude and performances in recent games.
The Spaniard is now said to have walked out of a team meeting and told the players that he didn’t want to manage them anymore.
According to the report, the club had denied the rumours that the Karanka had resigned and reports since then have claimed that his future is in doubt before what could be a crucial game at the Valley.
Boro aren’t in action on Saturday but do face a trip to struggling Charlton Athletic on Sunday and latest news has cast doubt about whether the 42-year-old will be in the dugout.
