Although securing the services of Jean-Kevin Augustin on Monday, and thus in time to feature against Millwall, the 22-year-old watched his new side on Tuesday night from the Elland Road stands.

The striker experienced a rollercoaster of an evening seeing his new side fall 2-0 behind after just 23 minutes, looking set for their third straight league defeat.

Within 18 second half minutes however, United found themselves 3-2 in front and would see out the game to take all three points, with Elland Road rocking come the full time whistle.

The win moved United back to the top of the Championship, opening up a four point gap between themselves and third place.

At the full time whistle, Augustin took to Twitter to describe his feelings about the occasion.

It seems that despite not playing, the 22-year-old loved his first matchday outing to Elland Road and was full of a lot of praise for the United faithful.

Fans were quick to respond to their latest signing, with one commenting how it was an absolute pleasure to have him on board, with another pointing out that this was just 'normal Leeds United.'
