Football League World’s Chris Thorpe will be live from Plough Lane tomorrow as AFC Wimbledon take on Bristol Rovers in Sky Bet League One, with both sides seeking to climb the standings in the weeks ahead.

Wimbledon once again showed on Wednesday that they are one of the third tier's surprise packages as they overcame the quality and threat of high-flying Peterborough United to pick up their first win since returning to Plough Lane after almost 30 years away, thus creating another slice of history in the process.

Meanwhile the Gas recently confirmed the appointment of Paul Tisdale as the club's new manager, with the former Exeter City boss having seen his new side lose two, draw one and win one of his first four games in charge, perhaps underlining the sheer scale of the task ahead of the newly installed boss as he seeks to lead his new side away from the relegation zone.

A victory for the Dons could see them up to 8th place if other results fall right for them this weekend, whilst three points for the visitors could see them move out of the relegation zone if they better Oxford United's result.

Team News

Both sides have no fresh injury concerns ahead of this weekend's clash, with Glyn Hodges widely expected to stick with the vast majority of the personnel who put Peterborough to the sword on Wednesday night in what was an impressive display by the South West London outfit.

Meanwhile Rovers are also expected to make little in the way of changes to their starting eleven as they seek to improve on their brilliant record away from home this term, with the Gas having picked up nine of their 14 points away from the Memorial Stadium.

AFC Wimbledon possible starting lineup (3-5-2):
