According to reports on turkish-football.com Turkish giants Fenerbahce are set to rival Sky Bet Championship champions Bournemouth and Premier League side Southampton to the signature of FC Nantes defender Papy Mison Djilobodji.
The powerful defender is valued at around 6.5million euros and all three parties that are interested are set to be keen on reducing that price.
According to the Mirror online, the Saints have already opened negotiations with the 26 year old Senegalese centre back but recently promoted Bournemouth are also rumoured to be interested in signing the player who only has one year left on his current contract with the French side.
Djilobodji has made 32 appearances for the side that currently sit in 13th place in Ligue 1 and they are set to take on Lens in their final game of the season.
Should Bournemouth manage to beat the two significantly bigger clubs to the transfer of the defender then it would send out a clear message, that the Premier League new boys mean business in the 2015/2016 campaign.
Bournemouth fans, do you think Djilobodji would be a good addition to your defence?
