Leeds midfielder Adam Forshaw has

The 26-year old has missed the start of the season, but came on for the last fifteen minutes of their draw with Millwall at the weekend.

After the game he decided to thank fans for their support through what was a difficult time in his career. He's had to sit and watch the side doing well under Marcelo Bielsa, without being directly involved.

In his first post on the social media site, he said: "Decided to try the world of Insta. And want to say thank you to the fans who have supported me whilst I’ve been out. Great to be back, amazing fight from the boys today! #MOT @leedsunited."

26-year old Forshaw joined Leeds from Middlesbrough for £4.5m in January, but picked up a pre-season injury that has curtailed his involvement this time around.

Since his move he's made nine Championship starts, with a further four coming from the bench, including the cameo at the weekend.

The Verdict

This is a real positive for Leeds, seeing a big-money buy coming back to fitness and ready to be involved.

They've suffered a few injury blows recently which has dented their hopes of sustaining a title challenge, but even with those absences they ground out a strong draw at the Den.

It will be interesting to see how Forshaw is deployed in the coming weeks.
