Sunderland bounced back from a disappointing 3-0 loss to Peterborough United last time out, with an impressive 3-1 win over Accrington Stanley on Saturday afternoon.

The Black Cats made a stuttering start to life in League One in August, picking up only three wins from their opening six league games heading into the second month of the season.

But Jack Ross' side bounced back from a terrible defeat to Posh in their last game with a solid 3-1 win over John Coleman's men at the weekend.

The Wearside outfit did find themselves a goal down early on thanks to Jordan Clark's strike in the 5th minute, but goals from Lynden Gooch, Aiden McGeady and Marc McNulty sealed a fine win for Sunderland.

It was a game in which the Black Cats could, and probably should have scored more goals, with Will Grigg squandering a big chance in the second half to put the game beyond Stanley's reach.

The £4m signing from Wigan Athletic is yet to find the back of the net in the league so far this season, and fans are starting to lose patience with the Northern Ireland international.

Here, we take a look at Sunderland fans' reactions to yet another frustrating afternoon for Grigg...
