‘Absolutely outstanding’ – Many Nottingham Forest fans react to player’s performance vs Coventry

Nottingham Forest came from behind to defeat Coventry City by two goals to one at St. Andrew’s last night.
The Reds were looking to respond after a disappointing 0-0 draw at home to Barnsley on Saturday, and produced a gutsy display on the road in midweek.
They did fall a goal behind early on, with Max Biamou driving inside from the left and bending an effort into the bottom corner.
Quiz: Did each of these 18 ex-Nottingham Forest players ever score a goal at the City Ground?
But Forest’s response was excellent, with Sammy Ameobi getting to the byline and cutting the ball back for Lewis Grabban to slam home from eight yards.
After a strong end to the first half, Forest picked up where they left off. On 53 minutes, Cyrus Christie’s dangerous cross from the right was diverted into his own net by Michael Rose.
Forest then had to hold on, with Joe Worrall among those to defend for his life and produced an excellent display at the back.
The centre-half rarely lost an individual duel and showed incredible leadership at the back. Here, we take a look at Forest fans’ reactions to his performance on Tuesday evening…
Seen enough negativity recently to last a lifetime. At this stage, I don't care what a win looks like. Absolutely massive tonight. Garner encouraging, Krovinovic decent and Worrall outstanding. Oh and not had any texts telling me I'm mad for rating Samba tonight.. 👀 #NFFC
