Birmingham City have had an inconsistent campaign so far, but aren't in any danger of facing relegation this season.

The Blues have had a number of star players this season including youngster Jude Bellingham who has taken to the Championship in flying fashion despite his young age.

One player who hasn't quite been given as much game time as he'd have liked is full-back Wes Harding.

The 23-year-old has played just 12 games for Pep Clotet's side in the league this season and has somewhat stagnated in his development.

At times suggestions from supporters to play him have been somewhat dampened by his performances in cup games and improvement is needed ahead of the coming campaign.

Football League World asked Facebook group, Birmingham City Fanzone, whether Harding deserved more opportunities to make a name for himself in the starting XI.

Here are some of the replies from the Facebook group...

Paul Spindler:  Only can be played in cup games unfortunately nowhere near good enough for first choice right back. Big fan of his as he is loyal but talent talks.

Jordan Moore: Absolutely not.

Adam Curits: Decent squad player but no where near Colin’s level and never will be.

Andrew Edwards: Yes, would become a more better player if he was playing week in and week out...

James Barclay: No, if the club and player wanna push on, need to part ways.

Harry Meadows: In a couple of years maybe.

Dale Osborne: No he's not good enough.

Colin Finlay: Not for me yet. Too inconsistent, but I do appreciate his effort and desire.

Gary Meredith: No.
