All fixtures across the EFL have recently been called to abrupt halt after recent events sweeping the nation worsened.

The FA have previously revealed that fixtures won't get back underway until the 30th April at the very earliest, although that date could be pushed further back in the near future.

Sunderland will be hoping that this brief break in action can be somewhat of a blessing in disguise, with the Black Cats sat just outside the play-off places in seventh.

But Phil Parkinson's side are just three points adrift of the automatic promotion places, which they'll certainly feel is an achievable target this term.

Sunderland's Luke O'Nien recently took to

/B-fIfmnnnaR/">Instagram to issue an important message, and urged people to stay at home and avoid travelling anywhere unless essential.

It's safe to say that this latest footage of O'Nien certainly went down well with the club's supporters, who were quick to respond to his important message.
