Reading were defeated by Leeds United on Saturday as Pablo Hernandez netted the only goal of the game.

The Royals put in a valiant effort at Elland Road, but in the end it wasn't to be as Mark Bowen's side dropped to 16th in the Championship table.

Reading failed to create any real chances throughout the game, and George Puscas looked isolated at the top of the pitch throughout the defeat.

One man who failed to get onto the pitch was Reading striker Sam Baldock. The forward came on and scored last weekend at Hillsborough but couldn't get on the pitch against Leeds on Saturday.

With Reading trailing heading into the last 15 minutes of the game, manager Bowen decided to put centre-back Liam Moore up top despite Baldock sitting on the bench.
