Derby County slipped out of the Championship play-off places after last night’s defeat away to Stoke City.

Frank Lampard’s men fell to their second defeat in three matches at the Bet365 Stadium in a game where they had a man advance for just under an hour.

Potters midfielder Peter Etebo was sent off just after the half-hour mark with the Rams 1-0 down, but a despite a tepid performance they restore parity on 50 minutes through Harry Wilson before eventually falling to defeat.

Former Derby man Tom Ince scored what turned out to be the winner on 64 minutes on what was a fruitless night for Lampard.

Having had 74 per cent possession in the fixture, the Rams could not find a way past the ten men of Stoke in what turned out to be a frustrating evening for everyone connected with the East Midlands club.

The defeat saw them slip down to seventh in the table, leapfrogged by rivals Nottingham Forest, who now move into sixth.

It was a display that left a lot to be desired, and the Rams’ supporters had a thing or two to say about the reverse against a team managed by their former boss Gary Rowett.

With that said, here’s how the Derby fans reacted on the final whistle to their 2-1 defeat to Stoke City on Wednesday night.
