‘Absolute fraud’, ‘Liability’ – Plenty of Nottingham Forest fans fume over one player’s recent showing

Nottingham Forest suffered yet another defeat in the 2020/21 season, as they were beaten 3-1 by promotion-chasing Brentford at the City Ground.

The Reds fell behind after 15 minutes, as Henrik Dalsgaard managed to wriggle free of Forest defender Tobias Figueiredo from a corner, as he headed home clinically from close-range.

Josh Dasilva’s fine finish gave the Bees much-needed breathing space with a two-goal lead, before a defensive mix-up saw Ivan Toney fire home a third goal for the visitors.

Joe Worrall then scored a consolation goal for Chris Hughton’s side, but they were well beaten on the day against Thomas Frank’s men.

The performances of Forest defender Tobias Figueiredo have come under question in recent weeks, and the 26-year-old certainly didn’t cover himself in much glory for Brentford’s opener.

Plenty of Nottingham Forest supporters took to social media to voice their frustrations at Figueiredo’s recent showing at the City Ground, with many calling for him to be dropped for their next match against Sheffield Wednesday.

Take a look at the best of the reaction from Twitter below….
