Sheffield Wednesday have been on excellent form since the turn of the year although Saturday's 1-0 defeat to Leeds United but a sizeable dent in their play-off hopes.
As a result, they can probably start to turn their attention to the summer transfer window and they were linked with Wigan Athletic midfielder Nick Powell on Tuesday, by TeamTalk.

The 25-year-old has notched up seven goals and seven assists for Paul Cook's struggling side this season after proving to be the driving force behind their League One triumph.
If they are to bring him in, the Owls will have to fend off interest from SPFL giants Rangers and Celtic, as well as second-tier rivals Norwich City and Derby County.
But would he prove to be a good signing for Steve Bruce's side?
We discuss...
Louie Chandler
"This would be an outstanding signing.
"Wednesday already have the likes of Bannan and Reach to offer real quality on the ball but if they can bring in more then why wouldn't they?
"He could turn them into serious top-six challengers next season."
George Harbey
"This would be a magnificent coup for Wednesday if they managed to sign Powell.
"With the calibre of teams interested in the midfielder, it would be a real statement of intent if they were to lure him to Hillsborough.
"He is an excellent player at Championship level, produces plenty of goals from midfield, and could be a ridiculous signing on a free transfer."
Toby Wilding
"This would be a good signing for Sheffield Wednesday, and a strong statement.
"Powell's quality is unquestionable, and he could take some of the pressure off a midfield regular such as Barry Bannan.
"Beating some of the other clubs linked with Powell who could offer Premier League or Champions League football to the 25-year-old would also be a big coup."
