Queens Park Rangers have secured the long-term future of Luke Freeman, with the midfielder agreeing a new contract at Loftus Road that will run until the summer of 2021. Â
Freemanâs previous deal had only 18 months left on it, with speculation growing about his future as Middlesbrough lurked.
However, QPR have gone a long way to quashing all speculation, with an announcement confirming Freemanâs fresh terms with the London club that will run for another two-and-a-half years.
The 26-year-old has made over 80 appearances since arriving at Loftus Road, scoring 10 goals in that time.
Heâs also had a hand in 17 assists in that time, proving to be one of the Championshipâs most creative players in the last two years.
As expected, such a positive update received plenty of reaction from the Loftus Road faithful.
