Norwich City have had an upturn in form and sit in eighth position of the Championship ahead of their fixture this evening.

Daniel Farke’s men travel to Pride Park to take on Frank Lampard’s Derby County who currently just one place behind them in the table after ten matches.

After a run of four wins in five league games, the Canaries have been the form team in the second-tier and look an outside bet for a promotion push after a disappointing season last time out.

There has been a change in personnel over the summer with players coming into the club, as well as exiting Carrow Road.

With players coming and going, existing first-team stars will have fresh competition for places and the need to be at their best each week will become much greater.

Their upturn in form and current run after ten matches means that team selection will be continuous, with changes minimal.

If the trend continues, there will be players who will be wanting a move away to get regular first-team football, as well as players on top form catching the eye of potential new suiters.

With that said, we here at FLW asked our team of writers to identify one player they think is almost certain to leave Norwich City in January.

Alfie Burns

Nelson Oliveira is a player that always seems to be linked with a move away from Norwich and January will be no different.

The 27-year-old’s relationship with Norwich has soured in recent times, and a move could be on the cards in 2019.

It’s something that you feel needs to happen.

Chris Gallagher

Nelson Oliviera without a doubt.

Clearly, something has gone on between the Portuguese striker and manager Daniel Farke, with the 27-year-old frozen out completely.

A move is inevitable in January.

Louie Chandler

It has to be Nelson Oliveira.

The striker is hugely out of favour at Carrow Road at the moment, and he seems to have no chance of playing for the Canaries any time soon

George Harbey

Things just haven’t been right for Dennis Srbeny since he arrived at Norwich, and despite scoring twice in their win over Cardiff in the Carabao Cup earlier on in the season.

Srbeny has scored just three times in 21 appearances for the club and should look to move away in January to replicate the form he showed in Germany.
