Whilst Leeds United have been challenging for the play-offs in the Sky Bet Championship, another member of the club’s playing squad has also been challenging for promotion – albeit in League One with Blackburn Rovers.

The man in question is Marcus Antonsson, who moved away from Elland Road on-loan during the summer transfer window, linking up with Blackburn and Tony Mowbray in League One.

Here at FLW, we have taken a look at Antonsson’s stats at Ewood Park, where the striker has scored eight goals and added a further four assists, helping Rovers into serious automatic promotion contention.

The 26-year-old found himself on the fringe of Leeds’ first-team last season, but is set to return to Elland Road in the summer following the expiration of his loan in Lancashire.

We asked Leeds’ supporters whether they feel their club should give Antonsson a chance on his return to West Yorkshire, with a mixed reaction coming back to us.

Here is the best of it…
