Queens Park Rangers face an intriguing season ahead.
With Steve McClaren replacing Ian Holloway at the helm, a new era is upon the West London side and their current mid-table position means that they could soar towards the play-offs with the right investment or sink towards the relegation zone with a poor summer.
McClaren is likely to be busy in the summer transfer window, chopping and changing the squad he has inherited from Holloway and putting his own personal stamp on it to ensure they have the best chance of moving up the league table.
He has the makings of a good squad with players like Massimo Luongo and Luke Freeman likely to be key, and a talented crop of youngsters coming through such as Paul Smyth, Ryan Manning, Bright Osayi-Samuel and Ilias Chair.
But he needs some extra players to increase competition at Loftus Road and here are three realistic signings to take QPR up the table.
