Norwich City have enjoyed a brilliant season, with Daniel Farke's men securing the Championship title over the weekend.

Promotion was the aim for the Canaries following their relegation, but it's easier said than done, with many teams failing to bounce back straight away over the years.

The Yellows made it look easy though, with the team hugely impressing for large parts of the campaign.

The advantage of an early promotion is that it allows the recruitment team to plan ahead, and it could be a very busy summer at Carrow Road, with some high profile arrivals and departures expected.

And, here we look at NINE potential transfer developments that could play out...

This is one that Norwich fans won't want to think about, but we know that money talks and if a big bid arrives for Buendia then a move could happen.

However, it would have to be a significant offer, because Norwich don't need to sell and the value of Buendia to the team is clear to see. The attacking midfielder has been magnificent this season, contributing 14 goals and 15 assists, making him the standout player in the division.

Normally, a sale wouldn't be considered, but such form has caught the eye of a host of top clubs, notably Arsenal, and the chance to move to north London may be hard to resist for the player.

Another key figure who could be on the move is right-back Aarons. In fact, this is highly likely to happen, despite the fact the England youth international could play top-flight football at Carrow Road.

Aarons showed great loyalty by remaining with Norwich this season after links to Barcelona last summer. It has been suggested that Norwich would allow the defender to go in this summer as a result.

Of course, it's still going to take a bid in the region of £30m before Norwich sell, but with Manchester United, Everton and Bayern Munich among the club linked, such an offer is likely.

Farke will have learnt from relegation last season that more quality is needed and central defence is an area where the club are probably one player short.

So, links to Celtic's Kristoffer Ajer will excite the fans. The big Norwegian has been pivotal to Celtic's success over the years and he is a real talent.

Capable on the ball and known for playing out of defence, Ajer is a real modern centre-back and should fit in well. Pleasingly for the Canaries, he is entering the final year of his contract, so the Bhoys are expected to sell, but there will be competition for his signature.

Another player the Yellows have been linked with is Ryan Gauld, who is playing in the Portuguese top division with Farense.

He is a name that some fans may recognise, with the attacking midfielder leaving Dundee United for Sporting Lisbon as a teenager, where he was compared to a certain Lionel Messi.

Things didn't really go to plan in the capital, but Gauld has found his feet with Farense, and eight goals and six assists in the Primeira Liga show his talent. Available on a free transfer in the summer, it would be a coup for Norwich if they win the race for the 25-year-old.

There have been many reasons for Norwich's promotion, but there's no denying that Skipp has played a key part.

He was brought in on loan from Tottenham, and whilst he was highly-rated, few would've expected him to be as influential as he has been. Skipp hasn't missed a game this season and is integral in the way he provides a platform for the attacking players to thrive.

Bringing him back on loan for another spell will be a priority for Farke and another loan move does appear as though it would suit all parties as the midfielder looks for more regular football.

Kristoffer Ajer may not be the only arrival from Celtic this summer, with reports suggesting that Christie is a target.

The left-footed attacking midfielder has frustrated Hoops fans at times, but it's clear to see that he is very talented and a move may be what's required to help him fulfil his undoubted potential.

Like Ajer, an exit from the Glasgow giants seems inevitable because Christie is also entering the final year of his deal and Celtic will want to cash in instead of risk losing him on a free transfer in 12 months time.

Farke has already acknowledged that the goalkeeping department is an area that needs to be addressed in the summer.

Tim Krul is going to start the season as number one but the Canaries have learnt this season that they need depth behind the Dutch international because he has had injury problems.

Michael McGovern has signed a new deal, but Farke has confirmed he wants there senior keepers in his squad, so a decision needs to be made on the future of Nyland, who is out of contract in the summer. If a fresh deal can't be agreed with the former Aston Villa man, a new keeper will need to be brought in.

If Aarons does leave the Canaries, then finding a full-back will be a priority, and it has been suggested that Brandon Williams could join from Manchester United.

The academy graduate has found game time hard to come by at Old Trafford this season, and that's not going to realistically change ahead of next season.

Therefore, a summer switch, probably on loan, could be on the cards and Norwich would give Williams a platform to perform on a regular basis, and they would be getting a talented player who can play in the two full-back positions.

Finally, with Alex Tettey and Mario Vrancic leaving the club when their deals expire in the summer, new midfielders are sure to be on the club's radar as they prepare for life back in the Premier League.

And, it had been suggested back in March that Fenerbahce's Ozan Tufan was a top target should the Canaries go up.

Having starred for the Turkish giants over the years and represented his country, this would be something of a coup for Norwich if they managed to seal a deal for the midfielder.
