Wolves will be playing Premier League football next season after their return to the top-flight was confirmed this weekend.

After signing the likes of Ruben Neves and Diogo Jota in the Championship, many are expecting Wanderers to make a real impact next season.

And, the club have already started making moves in that sense, with reports suggesting they are looking to tie down loan stars Willy Boly and Benik Afobe down on long-term deals at Molineux.

The club ensured that any loan deal came with an agreed price for a permanent deal and they will face some tough decisions in the coming weeks about what to do with other loan players.

Arguably the toughest is Alfred N'Diaye, who has had a good season even if he has been third choice in central midfield.

The powerful Senegal international scored two goals and made three from his 32 appearances, although many of those were as a sub.

He boasts a very high pass percentage of 86.9% which shows how he is comfortable in the style of play that Santo adopts, which is about keeping the ball and probing for openings.

As well as that, N'Diaye put in 1.3 tackles per game which demonstrates how he has different qualities to bring to the midfield.

You have to say the former Hull man is unfortunate that in his position are Ruben Neves, who is the best player at the club, and Romain Saiss who is probably better defensively than N'Diaye and has struck up a solid partnership with the Portugal international.

Ultimately, a lot will depend on Wolves' summer plans but the work of N'Diaye this season will certainly be appreciated by players and fans alike.
