According to an exclusive report by The Express, Norwich City attacker Steven Naismith would be open to a return to Glasgow Rangers this summer.
Steven Naismith is set to be shown the exit door this summer as Norwich prepare to cut their losses and let him leave on a free transfer, according to The Sun.
The 30-year-old only joined Norwich in January 2016 in an £8.5m deal after leaving Everton but has never really hit the heights expected of him and has therefore not justified his price tag.
After Norwich released seven players, including John Ruddy, Seb Bassong and Ryan Bennett, Naismith could be the next out the door as part of a major reshuffle this summer at Carrow Road.
Naismith previously five years at Rangers, amassing over 100 appearances before leaving when the club went into administration.
The Scotland international would have to take a pay cut if he wants to return to Rangers this summer.
