Millwall have had a rather inconsistent start to the season, but they'll be hoping that new manager Gary Rowett can sort that out.

Rowett's first game comes this Saturday as Millwall take on his former club Stoke, looking for a massive three points to kick-off his reign.

It'll be intriguing to see how he gets on, but what he does know is that there are now goals in this Millwall side.

Tom Bradshaw has been in great form in recent weeks, and is slowly starting to prove himself at this level and netted a brace against a strong Cardiff defence on Tuesday night.

The striker has been excellent and this recent form has meant that he's now bagged six goals already in this campaign, which is a very good amount considering how many minutes he's played.

His athletic play means that he is constantly making runs which is always good to see, his work-rate is second to none, and that is vital to be a player at Millwall. He's currently trying to fill the void that Lee Gregory and Steve Morison left, but he's doing a pretty good job of it at the moment.

Bradshaw has had 27 touches in the box so far this season, and has managed to net six times from that, showing his ability to turn his touches into goals. The more they get the ball to him in the penalty area, the more likely he is to score.

Alongside that, he's had a 50% dribble success rate, which isn't too bad for a striker and shows that he has the ability to get past defenders. Bradshaw is still looking for a partner who can continuously play alongside him and help his style of play.

Matt Smith has done an alright job of it so far, but Jon Dadi Bodvarsson could be the man to help him even more, especially after recovering from his injury problems. Bradshaw has proved his work-rate to this Millwall side through making 15 interceptions, which is something that you wouldn't necessarily expect from a striker.

He's proved that he's now a valuable asset to the Lions squad, and it's up to Rowett to decide how to use him in the coming weeks and against Stoke on the weekend.
