For the second season in a row, Steve Cooper has guided Swansea City into the play-off places and it’s without spending a mass amount of money on his team.
He still has the experience of the likes of Andre Ayew and Kyle Naughton to call upon from years gone by, but the rest of his side has a young and hungry feel to it and he’s managed to coach the best out of certain players and for a lot of the season they were involved in the automatic promotion battle.
Swansea fell at the semi-final stage to Brentford last season, with Rhian Brewster’s goals not enough to get them into the Premier League after his January loan move from Liverpool.
Cooper made multiple mid-season additions this season as well, with the likes of Conor Hourihane and Morgan Whittaker coming in along with USA international Jordan Morris – although his campaign was shortly ended by a knee injury.
There were rumours of other players coming in – and also departing – in January as well, let’s look at seven of those which could be revisited this summer.
