In the Championship, there is a plethora of top quality players who could quite easily ply their trade in the Premier League.

However, there is nothing stopping a 'top quality' player being frustrating to watch, and in the English second tier there are some that really do standout.

Here, we take a look at the SEVEN most frustrating players to watch in the Championship...

Jack Harrison is very frustrating to watch.

He seems excellent in the build up to an attack, his dribbling and passing ability are of a very good quality, but it's his final ball and decision making in the final third, that really seems to be letting him down at the moment.

The Portuguese striker shows flashes of brilliance, but ultimately he just doesn't do it enough.

There is a fantastic player in there, but we just don't seem to see it come out all too often.

He's good on the ball, decent in the air and has an eye for goal - but it's just all way too inconsistent.

Britt Assombalonga seems to have so many chances every game for Middlesbrough, but just doesn't seem to find the back of the net.

We know he can score goals at this level for fun as he has showcased before, but at the moment, he just cannot get a streak of goals together.

Ben Brereton promised so much when he was at Nottingham Forest, and attracted interest from an array of Premier League clubs.

After a big money move to Blackburn, it was expected he would kick on and progress into a top player, but when given the chance by Tony Mowbray, he's not delivered.

Much like the previous players, we know he has ability, but just doesn't seem to be exhibiting it on a frequent basis when given the chance.

Charlie Austin was lethal for QPR in the Championship, one of the best.

But his goalscoring knack has seemed to evade him of late, which is frustrating, as we've seen him deliver the goods before.

Perhaps all he needs is a goal to kickstart a run of them.

Tom Ince was instrumental as Blackpool secured an unlikely promotion to the Premier League in the 2009/10 season, but he's never shown much consistency since.

A strong dribbler with an array of tricks in his skillset, he's has a flamboyant streak about him, but his efficiency and decision making in the final third leaves a lot to be desired.

Adama Diakhaby, much like Tom Ince and the others, shows flashes of being a really high-quality player.

However, he just seems to struggle to deliver when at the business end of the pitch, with his crossing and conversion rate simply not good enough.
