Nottingham Forest host Birmingham this weekend in a game that should demonstrate the contrasting fortunes both have had this year.

This time last year, of course, this would have been a relegation battle as both left it right until the end of the campaign to get themselves safe.

This time around, though, the Reds, although they've not challenged for the play-offs this season, have had a much better campaign with Aitor Karanka coming in and providing real hope.

Birmingham, under Steve Cotterill, meanwhile, look far from happy at the moment and so it should be a game that the home side looks to win.

They cannot get complacent, though, and so Karanka needs to play a strong side - something we think will look like this...

Pantilimon has impressed in recent games and will keep his spot.

There's been better signs from Darikwa in the last few weeks and he'll look to consolidate that here.

The Portuguese looks a good signing, he's bound to keep his spot.

£7.2m-rated Worrall was back in the squad last weekend and should come back into the starting line up for this one.

That means Fox is no longer in the centre but he's done well and might get to start back in his natural position.

Watson is looking a shrewd signing and a much-needed leader out on the field for Forest.

Colback is similar, and together the two midfielders are forging a nice partnership.

Cash bagged a goal last weekend and is looking very confident at the moment.

What can you say about Lee Tomlin so far? He's been a class addition.

Lolley has also had a great impact and will keep the likes of Ben Osborn out of the team for now.

Karanka evidently likes Brereton and he will surely start this game.
