Middlesbrough remain in the hunt for the play-off places this season in the Championship and they’ll be aiming to make sure they’re in the top six come the end of the campaign.

Tony Pulis has had a decent start to his managerial reign there – though it could be better – and he’ll be eager to prove he was the right appointment this season.

He’ll need the likes of Adama Traore to remain consistent for the rest of the year, though, with him showing glimpses of the kind of player he could be out wide for the Teessiders.

Consistency is the key for him now, then, and we’ve had that in mind for our latest FLW Price-Tags feature:

At £7.2m, transfermarkt have Traore valued at a pretty decent price but we think he could be worth even more at £17.5m.

Traore is a match-winner on his day and has the potential to be a good Premier League player. With that in mind and with the market in the way it is at the moment, Boro could surely get a fee for him close to £20m if they decided to sell up.

Of course, you could argue that the former Barcelona man could command an even bigger fee than what we’ve got him down for but he perhaps just lacks the ultimate consistency for that.

On potential and what we’ve seen so far, though, he could earn Boro a decent wedge of cash.
