Barnsley need to bounce back this weekend as they head to Birmingham for a massive clash in the Championship.

The Tykes lost to Burton Albion in the week to plummet them further into the relegation mire and now they really need to get a result against the similarly ailing Blues.

Steve Cotterill's men lost 5-0 at Brentford in the mid-week fixtures and so both sides need to improve markedly in order to get the three points.

It's surely going to be a game for those that are bravest and boldest with what they do on the pitch, then, and it'll be interesting to see which players are selected ahead of kick-off.

With that in mind, here is the Tykes side we think Jose Morais must play against the Blues...

Adam Davies will remain in goal for this important clash.

Andy Yiadom can bomb on and will be aiming to cause Birmingham problems down their left. He has the potential to decide the game from right-back.

Matt Mills should remain in the side and will look to grapple with Sam Gallagher.

Similarly, Liam Lindsay and his defence need to handle Birmingham better than they did Burton Albion.

Dani Pinillos is another full-back who could influence things further forward as well as at the back.

Joe Williams needs to rally his side at the moment. This is their biggest game so far this season and he needs to get his players fired up.

Gary Gardner is on loan from Aston Villa, he'd love to pile the pressure on the Blues.

Brad Potts could come into the side as the Tykes aim to shake things up.

Oli McBurnie has the potential to win this game by himself but needs to be bold with what he does.

£675k-rated Tom Bradshaw remains in his goal-drought. Stopping it here would be a real boost, though.

Adam Hammill has plenty of experience to call upon for this one. He could be one of the leaders on the field.
