Sections of Paul Heckingbottom’s playing squad are under huge pressure at Elland Road, with Leeds United facing the possibility of a summer overhaul.

Leeds have recorded just two victories so far in the calendar year, which has left plenty at Elland Road disappointed and some players’ facing the axe in the summer.

Central midfield has been a problem all season for Leeds, with Eunan O’Kane one player potentially facing the axe in that position when the summer comes.

The Irishman has struggled for consistency this season, and right now, is a player playing without any confidence.

Here at FLW, one player who we believe could be the perfect replacement is Joe Aribo, who is the feature of our latest spotlight:

Aribo is making a name for himself at Charlton Athletic, and yesterday helped his side to a 3-1 victory over Rotherham United, with the 21-year-old grabbing a second-half brace.

Those goals took Aribo six goals for the season, with the midfielder also chipping in with three assists from his 23 starts.

Aribo, who is valued at £180k with transfermarkt, has a shooting accuracy of 46%, whilst the youngster has committed 17 fouls across the season at the Valley.
