It's been a disappointing season for both Nottingham Forest and Aston Villa in the Championship this year, with the Reds still having work to do under new manager Mark Warburton to even secure their survival going forward.

The Reds have been mixing it near the relegation zone all season long and after Philippe Montanier was sacked, Mark Warburton has come in and still struggled to find the form needed to really pull away from the dropzone.

Meanwhile in the Midlands, Steve Bruce has tried his best to turn things around at Villa Park and has done so to some extent, but another season in the second division looms and for ambitious owner Tony Xia, things will need to change quickly next season.

But based on the history of the two clubs, we wanted to find out who supporters thought is the bigger club out of the two and you voted in your hundreds.

And with 57% of the vote, the award goes to Aston Villa, who over 400 of you thought were a bigger club than the Reds.

What are your thoughts? Who's the bigger out of the two in your eyes?
