Nottingham Forest are said to be reviewing Anthony Knockaert’s future at the City Ground.
The Sun on Sunday reported that the Reds are looking to cut costs, and may not look to extend the winger’s loan which expires next month.
They may not do this unless they raise funds from elsewhere, with the likes of Joe Worrall and Joe Lolley potentially being sold in January.
Knockaert has scored one goal and registered one assist in 14 games for the Reds this season, since arriving on loan from Fulham in October.
Plenty of Nottingham Forest fans have been having their say on whether they think Forest should look to extend Knockaert’s loan, with many left concerned by the financial strain it’s seemingly having.
He’s a player with obvious ability, but has only really shown flashes of his ability during his time at the City Ground.
