Samba Sow will be hoping to make a position impression on Chris Hughton between now and the end of the season for more than one reason.
The 31-year-old will be keen to force his way back into the team and help Forest steer well away from danger, as they continue to languish just above the Championship relegation places.
But the combative midfielder is also out of contract at the City Ground in the summer, so he has his own future to think about in the coming months.
