5 transfer regrets Bradford City could have looking back on January

Published

Bradford City certainly haven’t had the ideal start to the New Year, with the Bantams suffering a slump in recent form to see them drop down the League Two table.

The Bantams are without a win in their last seven games, and were convincingly beaten 3-0 by Oldham Athletic on Saturday, which led to the club parting company with manager Gary Bowyer.

He leaves Bradford City sat eighth in the fourth tier standings, and the club haven’t wasted any time in appointing his successor this month.

They recently announced that Stuart McCall has returned to Valley Parade for his fourth spell in charge of the club, which has seemingly gone down well with the club’s supporters.

But with the January transfer window now closed, McCall will have to make do with the signings that Bowyer made before being relieved of his duties at Valley Parade.

We take a look at FIVE transfer regrets that the Bantams might have heading into the second-half of this year’s campaign.
