Derby County were consigned to another season in the Championship after losing in the play-offs.
The Rams held a one-goal advantage going into the second leg of the semi-final against Fulham at Craven Cottage but they lost 2-0 on the night and 2-1 on aggregate.
And after it was confirmed that they were set for an 11th consecutive season in the second tier, Derby were hit with another blow.
Manager Gary Rowett, who had guided his side to sixth in his first season in charge, left the club to join recently-relegated Stoke City instead.
Derby are now without a manager and owner Mel Morris needs to address this quickly so that the new boss has as much time as possible to sign the players he wants and get them through the door for pre-season.
Here are five strikers that need to be on Derby’s radar this summer, especially if Matej Vydra leaves.
