Charlton Athletic have played host to some truly legendary faces over recent years.

The likes of Scott Parker, Lee Bowyer and Johnnie Jackson have all been etched into Addicks legend whilst they have produced the likes of Joe Gomez and Ademola Lookman, earning them big bucks through their sales.

But some slip under the radar.

Here, we take a look at FIVE former players you will have once forgotten about...

The versatile midfielder signed for The Addicks after leaving Sunderland in the summer of 2015, but only went on to make 28 appearances.

Still, who could forget those two assists he got... right?

Most renowned for his play-off final winner for West Ham United, any neutral would be forgiven for forgetting his time in South London.

He signed on a short-term contract in Novermber 2015 but was on the move again the following summer with 12 appearances and one assist to his name.

The man who has become synonymous with Swansea City and Chelsea spent a brief loan spell at The Valley during his Chelsea days.

But after racking up just three appearances he returned to The Blues, not leaving much of a trace.

Back at the end of 2008, an 18 year-old Waghorn joined The Addicks on loan from Sunderland.

It was a spell which only lasted two months but he left with an average of one goal in every seven games - scoring once in seven games.

The much-memed midfielder donned the Charlton shirt for an entire month from November to December in 2012.

However, his six appearances did little to etch him into Addicks folklore or revive his Arsenal career.
