Nottingham Forest posted a video onto their Twitter page at the weekend, in the aftermath of their 2-0 victory over Leeds United at the City Ground.

That video was called "Bench Cam", which captured all the emotions and actions of the dugout during an enthralling afternoon on the banks of the Trent.

The footage depicted Michael Dawson heading and kicking every ball from the sidelines, as well as every player jump out of their seats with joy when Tyler Walker secured the win in stoppage time.

Aro Muric was one of those players to jump out of his seat - a player that has really struggled for game time since joining from Manchester City this season, and a player that some fans may have even forgotten all about.

Forest have had plenty of those players over the years, those who have barely featured and completely failed to make an impact during their spells at the City Ground.

Can you get full marks on this Forest quiz?

Here, we take a look at five players you probably forgot once played for Forest...

Forest swooped to sign Khaled Al-Rashidi in January 2013, after finally being granted a work permit to sign the Kuwait international.

Al-Rashidi had spent a month on trial with the Reds before sealing a permanent deal, with former Forest chairman Fawaz Al Hasawi playing an influential role in completing the deal.

But the 32-year-old never made an appearance for Forest, and was nowhere to be seen after being named as a substitute against Birmingham City.

He left the club a year later and he's a player who Forest fans may have no idea about.

Gomis signed for Forest on loan from OGC Nice in Janaury 2014, arriving at the City Ground under Billy Davies.

The French defender made only one appearance for the Reds in a 1-0 defeat to Barnsley, where he produced a poor performance and received a booking.

That was to be the end of Gomis' time on Trentside, and he was last seen playing Grand Quevilly in the sixth tier of France.

Forest signed McLaughlin from Derry City in January 2013, but he didn't make a single appearance for the club for the remainder of the 2012/13 campaign.

In fact, it took the Irish winger over 14 months to make his first appearance for Forest, after spending the first-half of the 2013/14 season on loan at Bristol City.

McLaughlin, who started only five times for Forest during his City Ground stay, sealed a permanent move to Southend United in 2015 after impressive loan spells at Notts County and the Essex club.

He looked to be an exciting prospect at first, but it just didn't work out for him for unknown reasons.

Rangers legend Boyd spent a couple of months on loan with Forest in 2011, arriving on a temporary basis from Middlesbrough.

Boyd signed for Forest for only the final three months of the season, and he scored six goals in a total of 12 appearances for Forest.

His goalscoring record for the Reds was impressive, but whether Forest fans remember his short spell at the City Ground is another question.

More recently, Akpom joined Forest on loan from Arsenal in March 2015.

The striker failed to hit the ground running on Trentside, though, making a total of seven appearances for the Reds and failing to find the back of the net.

Now playing in Greece, Akpom's career has gone somewhat downhill after being highly regarded at Arsenal during his youth days.
