Huddersfield Town are currently undergoing a resurgence under new manager Danny Cowley, as the club climbed out of the relegation zone following a recent unbeaten run.
The Terriers were in freefall after their exit from the Premier League in May, with no sign of revival in sight. This soon changed in September with the appointment of Danny and Nicky Cowley from Lincoln, who have overseen a complete turnaround in the club’s fortunes of late.
Their last result was a disappointing 3-1 defeat away to promotion-chasing Preston North End, with midfielder Juninho Bacuna scoring a consolation goal for the visitors late on. This has given the Cowley’s food for thought over the international break on where to improve on and how to approach the January transfer window.
