With Reading struggling for good form this season, Paul Clement will be hoping he is the right man to motivate a currently underperforming group of players.

With Reading currently just one place above the relegation places in the Championship table, many fans have been calling for Clement to be dismissed, with Phil Parkinson amongst one of the favourites to take over the role at the club.

Oliviera has fallen out of favour with Daniel Farke's Norwich City side and will be after regular game time, which Reading could give him.

The Swansea youngster had previously been linked with Reading during the summer but the move failed to materialise. Fulton has made three appearances for the Welsh side this season before injury ruled him out of regular game time.

Reading could revive their interest in the midfielder, with a number of midfielders currently at the club, failing to have a real impact in games.
