Newly promoted Bournemouth have expectedly found it difficult with life in the Premier League, they are showing positive signs but are lacking a depth in quality in their squad.

Despite being the relegation zone, their spirit has always looked sky high and Eddie Howe will ensure that his side definitely not go down without a fight.

Bournemouth were dealt with a blow earlier in the season when their star striker, Callum Wilson was ruled out for the rest of the campaign with a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament.

He scored five goals in five appearances for the club and it looked like his goals could be difference to surviving in the League.

The Cherries offer inspiration to any small club that it is not a pipe dream to reach the Premier League and compete with some of the top sides in the country.

They have picked up some impressive points over Everton, West Ham and Swansea and have played some attractive football this season.

The club will certainly need to sell before they buy players in the January Transfer Window and Eddie Howe will have to be smart in his decisions to find potential quality to save the Cherries and fill the absence of Callum Wilson.

Shaun MacDonald

The Welsh midfielder is determined to fight for his place in the Bournemouth side, but a regular place in the team is far from guaranteed and he has struggled this season.

MacDonald will need to be playing first team football if he has any chance of representing Wales at Euro 2016 and he may have to consider a January move if he wants to be involved in a historic tournament for his country.

MacDonald would be a good, solid signing for a team in the Championship with plenty of experience in the division with Swansea and the Cherries.

Yann Kermorgant

The forgotten striker has played just 92 minutes for Bournemouth this season and his major playing time has come in the Capital One Cup.

Charlton are one of a number of Championship clubs to have targeted Kermorgant to make a return to the club as they are currently struggling with life in the division and need some fire power in their team.

While the 33-year-old will want to stay at Bournemouth and fight for his place, but he may have to move back down to the Championship in order to get game time again.

Tokelo Rantie

Rantie is a transfer target for Russell Slade's Cardiff City

It remains to be seen whether Rantie will be a regular feature for Bournemouth this season after only playing once in the Premier League and twice in the Capital One Cup.

Eddie Howe has heaped praise on the forward after his impressive performance for South Africa in recent weeks but he seems to have Glenn Murray, Josh King and Kermorgant in front of him.

Cardiff City were linked with the forward in the summer and he should consider dropping a division to restart his career after a bleak few months with Bournemouth.

Baily Cargill

Eddie Howe should consider loaning out the youngster, who has been recently called up for the England Under 21 squad.

He obviously has bags of potential and this call up could spark some interest from a Championship side, which would allow him to develop his career even further.

He is not quite ready for the Premier League and would be good addition for a Championship side.

Ryan Allsop

The goalkeeper will have his chance to fight for a first choice position at the Vitality Stadium after Adam Federici went off injured at the weekend and Arthur Boruc is still lacking fitness.

Allsop has started the season behind Federici and Boruc and but at just 23, he could earn a regular spot in the side for years to come.

If he is dropped after Federici and Boruc return to the first-team fold, then Eddie Howe may well consider selling the 'keeper in January to free up some funds to add to his struggling squad.
