Fulham enjoyed a 12 year spell in the Premier League not too long ago until their subsequent relegation in 2014.
Under the ownership of Mohammed Al-Fayed, the club went from strength to strength in the Premier League, racking up 12 straight seasons and a record finish of seventh position, also playing in Europe.
Their most notable results being extraordinary comeback wins against Wolfsburg and Juventus until the defeat in the Europa League final to Atletico Madrid.
There time as an established Premier League club dwindled from time to time under Al-Fayed with their league position slowly drifting year after year, and when Al-Fayed sold the club to Shahid Khan the club’s fate was sealed.
In his first season as owner Fulham went through a string of managers but none of them could save them from relegation as they finished 19th.
Expectations of an immediate return were rife but sadly misplaced as despite some heavy investment by Khan in the first team squad, which included the signing of Leeds hot shot Ross McCormack, they have ultimately failed to get promoted back.
Their league position has fallen year on year in the Championship and under the management of Slavisa Jokanovic they are set for another season of mid-table mediocrity, despite having a star laden squad with Ross Mccormack and young French striker Moussa Dembele attracting Premier League interest.
This fall from grace has been down to some pretty shoddy transfer business so we now look at the FIVE worst Fulham signings of all time…….
