Current Everton boss Roberto Martinez is do an outstanding job at Goodison Park.

Since taking over the reigns in Merseyside, he has lead Everton to a fifth and 11th placed finish in the Premier League.

In addition to this, Everton got to the round of 16 in the Europa League last season under Martinez.

The success of Martinez may come at a cost to Everton, however, as bigger clubs may try to lure the 42-year-old to manage them.

When Martinez does eventually depart Everton, they should definitely look to the Football League when searching for a new manager.

Managers of Football League sides are experienced in delivering success with relatively small budgets, which would make them suitable for the job at Everton.

The Merseyside club have appointed managers previously from the Football League, most notably David Moyes, who joined them from Preston North End in 2002.
