5 current Blackburn Rovers players who should never have been signed by the club

Blackburn Rovers have had a disappointing season in the Championship so far, finding themselves in 16th position.

The former Premier League winners appointed the experienced Paul Lambert in November of last year, but he has been unable to make a massive difference as of yet.

Lambert will have a big summer on his hands as he looks to revamp the squad he inherited into a side that can compete at the top end of the Championship.

Part of this may involve getting rid of current players who are deemed to be not up to the standards of Rovers’ squad.
