With youth players now finding more experience and development on loan at clubs, Football League World look at the top SIX clubs and pick FIVE players who could develop in the Sky Bet Championship.

Chelsea have seen the best of players like Patrick Bamford and Nathaniel Chalobah while performing at Championship clubs, the English champions could be set to allow other players leave the academy to join Football League clubs on loan next season.

The second tier of English football can be a good place for top-flight players to mature and develop as footballers, and it has proved many times to be a stepping stone to achieving a first-team spot in a Premier League first-team.

Below is FIVE Chelsea players that should look for a loan move to the Championship and the clubs they should join.

1. Bertrand Traore

Currently on loan at Vitesse Arnhem, the forward has scored 14 goals in 30 appearances from the wing position for the Dutch club and has gained admirers all over Europe.

Although Chelsea prefer to send talents abroad for development, the likes of Bamford and Chalobah could make the club decide to keep players in England to develop instead.

The Burkina Faso international has gained interest from Dortmund but Chelsea are keen to hold on to the 19-year-old striker and keeping him in England could ease the player into English football.

There's not a team in the league that wouldn't take on Traore, with some Premier League clubs probably interested too. If Chelsea would want the forward to play week in week out then a move to the Championship is more favourable.

Leeds United are currently lacking in a pacy forward and could be able to give him the first team opportunities he needs. Blackburn could also be a perfect fit with the clubs set to lose at least one of the duo of Rhodes and Gestede, other clubs like Derby or Cardiff looking for a forward.

2. Jamal Blackman

Currently back up to Thibaut Courtois, Blackman could be set for a loan move away from the club with Chelsea set to add another keeper to their ranks.

The 21-year-old goalkeeper had an unsuccessful spell at Middlesbrough which saw him only feature once for the club, before returning to Chelsea for cover after Schwarzer departed for Leicester.

Blackman should leave Chelsea on loan

If the 6ft 6 keeper is to develop any further and eventually claim a spot for Chelsea or challenge for an England spot then a move out on loan and first team experience is needed to further his career.

With a lot of clubs crying out for a talented keeper in the Championship, clubs like Birmingham, Brighton and Rotherham could offer him first team football. With Bolton and Forest set to lose their main keepers this summer, Blackman could slot in perfectly for the clubs in need.

3. Ruben Loftus-Cheek

Although he has made several substitute appearances for the first team, Loftus-Cheek may have to stitch his name on a seat on the subs bench at Stamford Bridge if Chelsea continue their recruitment of high profile midfielders.

Highly thought about by manager Mourinho, L-C should look to a move away from Chelsea if he really wants to impress the experienced boss. 7 minutes every 3 weeks is not going to show your true potential, but constant articles about your star performances in the Championship could really help your cause.

Loftus-Cheek would be a great addition for a FL club

The dynamic holding midfielder is one of the best English talents around at the moment. His strength on the ball, vision and passing range would be fantastic for any Championship side looking for promotion.

Clubs that would benefit from a player like L-C include Wolves, Charlton, Leeds, Blackburn and failed play off hopefuls Derby should look for his temporary signature.

4. Domanic Solanke

The most exciting English prospect that is going to hit the game within the next few years.

Jose Mourinho has already stated that if Solanke does not star at the highest level in England, then he has failed him as a coach. Along with his promise, Mourinho decided that Solanke would be training with the first team squad for the 14/15 season.

Solanke looks set for a bright future

The 17-year-old can play in any position in the attacking half, although his favoured position is striker, he can perform as a winger or an attacking midfielder.

Solanke is a goal scorer and has proven it at every level he has played at (for more than 5 minutes). He scored 20 goals in 25 appearances for the Chelsea Under 18's last year, 15 goals in 16 games before Christmas in the UEFA Youth League group stage and finished top scorer and 13 goals in 14 appearances for the England Under 17's.

Every club in the Championship should be looking to snap up Solanke on a short term basis with the talented forward being the goal machine he is. There's not a club in the league that wouldn't benefit from him joining up for a season.

5. Kasey Palmer

Since his move from Charlton in 2012, the young midfielder has gained admirers every time he plays the beautiful game.

The Lewisham born prospect is mainly a midfielder but his pace and awareness could easily make him an adaptable winger.

At only 18 years old, the attacking midfielder is already first on the development squad team sheet and is a proven prospect at the the club, with a wonder goal at Southampton to prove it.

Palmer should consider a move to the Football League

With some clubs look to add a little extra attacking flair in the Championship, a return to the Old Valley and Charlton could be a preferable move on loan as he starts to gain competitive game experience. Other clubs like Leeds, Rotherham, Sheffield Wednesday and newly promoted Bristol City could give him the opportunity of regular football.

If Brentford miss out on promotion in the playoffs, Palmer could be a perfect replacement for the outgoing Pritchard who is set to return to Spurs after a successful spell on loan.
