Chelsea are renowned for producing a lot of young talent and giving them every chance to develop by sending them on loan, mainly abroad.

Chelsea have a good relationship with Middlesbrough sending Bamford, Kalas and Blackman there last season and have repeated the trick this year by sending Kalas.

They have given players like Omeruo and Chalobah experience in the Championship which has helped them mature, and become players ready for loan deals in the Championship.

There is still a wealth of talent at Chelsea warming the bench that could certainly do a job in the Championship and will interest them, as a chance to strengthen before the run in.

Chelsea players will see it as a springboard to a Premier League loan move like Nathan Ake did last season after his performances at Reading last season.

Also buying young Championship players like Michael Hector and sending them back on loan to get them first team experience.

Mourinho has always been keen on letting his young players out on loan and getting regular first team football and the Championship is one of the top divisions with a great reputation for blooding young talent.

Here's FIVE Chelsea players that would benefit from a loan move to the Championship....

Patrick Bamford

The young English striker killed it at Middlesbrough last year in the Championship, bagging a brilliant 19 goals and winning Championship player of the season.

Upon his return to the champions he had the world at his feet and a lot of Premier League clubs interested in a loan move.

Crystal Palace took the chance on him but he isn't getting many first team opportunities, which will have disappointed Bamford and Chelsea.

When he becomes available to recall in January he most likely will be and this will interest a lot of Championship clubs such as Middlesbrough.

He is proven at this level and would use the opportunity to try and get a first team chance at Chelsea or a loan deal where he is taken more seriously.

Bertrand Traore

Perhaps a more unlikely one due to his recent introduction to the first team as he takes advantage of Hazard's lost form.

He was magnificent at Vitesse last year scoring 17 goals in all competitions and is one of the hottest young prospects in Europe.

But he will find first team opportunities mainly limited to the cup competitions as well as substitute appearances in the league.

To boost his chances of forging his place he should drop down to the Championship, and there would certainly not be one club that wouldn't be interested in taking the young starlet.

Ruben Loftus-Cheek

The England U21 is amongst the most highly sought after youth players at Chelsea but is still there and finding first team opportunities incredibly limited, to cup competitions despite the early promise he's showing.

There would be no shortage of Championship clubs that want the young star, and he would certainly be interested in a drop down to help boost his chances of getting back into the fold at Chelsea.

Jamal Blackman

The young goalkeeper was on loan to Middlesbrough but last year but only made one appearance in the Capital One Cup against Liverpool, where he failed to impress.

But the young man  is a promising keeper and would attract Championship clubs nearer the bottom half, and he would get regular first team football at a team struggling near the bottle.

He should also seek a permanent move away from Chelsea in the summer, as he's unlikely to ever compete with Courtois.

Papy Djilobodji

The young defender was a surprise purchase in the summer from Nantes and the player as expected has failed to break into the first team, and is limited to cup contests and substitute appearances.

The versatile defender needs regular first-team football but will most likely be kept as back up.
