Rolando Aarons is one of Newcastle's finest young talents and one of the brightest young English talents in the Premier League.

He is perhaps a season or two away from being given his big break at Newcastle in the first team, but whenever he does feature for the first team he looks full of running and vibrant energy.

He has good pace on the wings and the technical ability to beat a man and would terrorise defences at Championship level.

Aarons has international experience for England at U20 level scoring a couple of goals and has a senior goal for Newcastle, which he scored last season in the cup against Manchester City.

The main downside for Aarons' is the vast size of the Newcastle squad which has restricted the opportunities for him this season, and is unlikely to feature for the rest of the season.

Aarons is very talented and may seek out some first team football in the Championship, where they're bound to be many interested clubs keen on bolstering their attacking options for the run in.

Here are FIVE clubs that should attempt to sign Aarons in the emergency loan window before it closes on March 24th......

Brighton

This season's surprise packages currently sitting just two points off top, after battling relegation last season.

The extraordinary turnaround has been overseen by manager Chris Hughton, who has built a new squad on a shoestring budget and they are now genuine promotion contenders.

On paper there squad is weaker than their fellow promotion rivals like Hull and Middlesbrough, and they do lack a certain depth on the wings which could hurt them.

Lualua is inconsistent also so the addition of Aarons would give Hughton not only extra options but extra quality too.

Ipswich

Another side looking to break into the play-offs in the run in is Championship veterans Ipswich, under the experienced guidance of Mick McCarthy.

Ipswich made the play-offs last year before being beaten by biggest rivals Norwich and this season they have been very inconsistent, but find themselves in ninth and just four points from the play-offs.

Aarons would give them extra options on the wing and link up with key frontman Daryl Murphy so they get the goals they need.

QPR

QPR managed to escape any retrospective actions for their mismanagement of finances and breach off FFP, and they have stabilised in this season's Championship under new manager Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink, after their difficult start under Chris Ramsey.

They are 11 points off the top six and may fancy a run at the play-offs if they can win their game in hand so they will want to strengthen there squad, and after getting rid of Jay Emmanuel Thomas they lack options on the wing so Aarons would be ideal for them.

Wolves

After their excellent season last year where they narrowly missed out on the play-offs, the fans were hopeful they could replicate that this season, but it was not to be.

Their failure to do this may be down to the fact the two best players Sako and Afobe left for Premier League sides, whilst their defences and midfields also look weaker.

Manager Kenny Jackett has come under a lot of pressure this season, but he is riding it out and after the club's 2-1 win over Derby he will be optimistic for a strong finish to the season.

To answer the problem of lack of flair and industry, Aarons may be the man they need for the run in.

Nottingham Forest

They have had a fairly good season under Freedman after being expected to struggle, when key player Michail Antonio left for West Ham and striker Britt Assombalonga is still out injured.

But they have become a good cohesive  unit not reliant on the performances of just one player anymore.

Their options on the flanks look weak and are lacking in depth though and the pace of Aarons and the ability to get in behind the defence may be just what is needed.
