Rolando Aarons is a talented 19-year-old winger, who last season broke into the Newcastle first team.

The Jamaican born Englishman impressed hugely and was a bright light in a dim end to the season for Newcastle, with his exciting dribbling skills and willingness to drive at defenders.

Aarons started his youth career at Bristol City but was released before the Magpies took on his services.

The pacy winger has not been able to continue his fast development into football following a couple of hamstring injuries, ruling the player out for a number of months in total.

While Aarons was a huge plus for Newcastle last season, the club have invested heavily in the transfer market, particularly in his position, with Wijnaldum and Thauvin brought in to fill the wide positions for a combined transfer fee.

The talented winger has struggled to get a look in, both from having injuries and increased competitions for places.

Aarons may benefit from a loan to a Championship side, here are FIVE clubs that should sign Aarons.....

Brighton

A fantastic start to the season for Brighton has seen them in second place after 16 games, going unbeaten in the process.

However, the club have also recorded seven draws in that time, while that is not a negative for Albion, wins are vital for propelling a team in a strong position, and adding more quality to a squad should be considered, despite the emphatic start the Seagulls have had.

Lualua has suffered with injury this season and Brighton could do with some more cutting edge to deal with the marathon that is the Championship.

Aarons would give that and would be likely to suit Brighton's technically gifted team.

Charlton

A win for Charlton in their last game, but the club still find themselves in the relegation zone.

They will want to continue where they left of and new manager Karel Fraeye will want to mould his own squad.

Aarons would be a coup for the Addicks, complementing the talented Gudmundsson on the other flank.

Prior to their last win, Charlton failed to score in the previous five matches meaning they must improve offensively or face staying in the relegation zone.

Aarons would provide a down the left side that the club have been missing.

QPR

QPR have now failed to score in their last three matches.

That now sees the club in 13th place.

An injection of excitement and service to Charlie Austin would be a big boost for QPR and Aarons would be a good option to provide that.

While the R's already have options in wide areas, competition for places would be healthy and Aarons' enthusiasm could lift the team and supporters, as the club look to find some form following the departure of Chris Ramsey.

Fulham

While Fulham are now managerless following the departure of Kit Symons, the Cottagers could do a lot worse than bringing in Rolando Aarons.

The squad doesn't contain a pacy and direct winger which would help give a different dimension to Fulham's play.

The owner expects top six from the squad this season and Aarons would be a boost in getting the club there.

He would provide another threat in joining the impressive pairing of Moussa Dembele and Ross McCormack, meaning teams would fear going to Craven Cottage.

Blackburn Rovers

Under a transfer embargo, Blackburn's squad was likely to be tested to the limit after losing star players in Tom Cairney and Rudy Gestede.

The club cannot spend large amounts of money like their Championship rivals, therefore they must act creatively and smartly to get the best possible squad together that they can.

A loan move for Aarons would be a fantastic deal for the club.

Blackburn are also managerless but the new boss will be wanting to add to a fairly thin squad.

Aarons would provide a threat on the counter attack and would be another positive supplier to the prolific Jordan Rhodes.
