Ruben Loftus-Cheek is one of Chelsea’s brightest talents to come out of their under-21 team, and he is surely set for a January loan, if he fails to gain first-team football at Stamford Bridge.
The 19-year-old was promised regular appearances in the squad by Jose Mourinho, but the Portuguese manager has broke his promise after only starting three times and appearing as a substitute once this season.
Ahead of the season, Mourinho refused to let Loftus-Cheek join the large amount of teenagers he has already sent out on loan.
Mourinho seems to pick a fight with everyone and criticised his midfielder during their summer tour after a match against Sydney.
Loftus-Cheek would be a welcome addition to most Championship clubs and Mourinho is expected to have several interest second tier clubs interested in taking the central midfielder on loan for the rest of the season.

Reading
Chelsea have good links with Reading after they allowed Michael Hector to help them out this season after his move to Stamford Bridge.
Steve Clarke is already borrowing Lucas Piazon on loan from Chelsea this season, and Clarke could ask Mourinho for another favour, as they look to for a serious promotion push this season.
Cardiff City
The Chelsea midfielder would be a welcome addition at the Cardiff City stadium and could provide serious competition in the middle of the park.
The signing of the 19-year-old could be the difference to Cardiff being promoted this season.
Loftus-Cheek could create a formidable partnership with Aron Gunnarson in the heart of the Cardiff midfield.
Brighton
The Seagulls are lacking a controlling midfielder to make sure they sustain their automatic spot, and need someone to assist Beram Kayal in the midfield.
Loftus Cheek would develop his career under the former Newcastle manager Chris Hughton, and one of the manager’s expertise is bringing out the best in young players, with players like Jamie Murphy and Dale Stephens excelling.
Birmingham City
Loftus-Cheek and on loan Arsenal man Jon Toral could make a great pairing at St Andrews.
The Blues are performing well in the league and despite the Chelsea man's age, has more experience than most of the Birmingham side.
They need more quality in that side if they want to progress further, and Loftus-Cheek would be a fantastic addition for Rowett and his men.
Derby County
The signing of the youngster could be the finishing piece to Derby’s excellent season.
Loftus-Cheek is used to being surrounded by world class players and will feel right at home with Derby’s talented squad.
