Chelsea have recalled Conor Gallagher from his loan spell at Charlton Athletic, as per the Addicks' official Twitter feed, with the highly-rated teenager set to train with the Blues' first team while discussions over his next move take place.

Gallagher has attracted interested from a number of Premier League and Championship sides after impressing while on loan at the Addicks.

Derby County forward Mason Bennett has emerged as a transfer target for fellow Sky Bet Championship club Millwall, according to a report on Football Insider, a move that would see Bennett link up again with Gary Rowett who was his boss at the Rams for a time.

The 23-year-old in the final year of his current contract with the Rams, though he is said to be in talks over a new deal, having made nine appearances in what has been a turbulent campaign for him so far.

Fulham manager Scott Parker is close to adding to his squad, with free-agent Jordan Archer closing in on a deal that will take him to Craven Cottage, a source close to the player as exclusively confirmed to FLW Chief Editor Sam Rourke.

The 26-year-old goal-keeper, most recently spent a short spell at Oxford United, having previously been on the books at Millwall where he made over 140 appearances between 2015 and 2019.

Sunderland are eyeing-up an ambitious swoop on Nottingham Forest to sign outcasts Liam Bridcutt and Zach Clough, according to the Sunderland Echo, with Black Cats boss Phil Parkinson is considering signing the duo to bolster his ranks.

The Forest duo have fallen way down the pecking order at the City Ground with Bridcutt spending the first half of the season with Bolton, whilst Clough has featured several times for the club’s under-23 side.

Leeds United manager Marcelo Bielsa looks like adding some fire-power to his squad, with Manchester City attacker Ian Poveda set to have a medical at Elland Road this week ahead of a permanent transfer, according to a report on Football Insider.

Poveda will arrive at the Whites as a replacement for Jack Clarke after the wide-man was recalled by Spurs following a disappointing loan spell over the first half of the season.
